Noise reduction in PCB design

Noise in PCB is a big problem, so in the design, the handling of noise is also very important. We don't like the noisy works all day long. Therefore, there are many noise reduction technologies in PCB design. The following is Several methods can effectively reduce noise. 1. Pay attention to the through holes on the board: the through holes make the power layer need to etch openings to leave space for the through holes to pass through. And if the opening of the power layer is too large, it will inevitably affect the signal loop, the signal will be forced to bypass, the loop area will increase, and the noise will increase. At the same time, if some signal lines are concentrated near the opening and share this loop, the common impedance will cause crosstalk. 2. Connecting wires need enough ground wires: each signal needs to have its own proprietary signal loop, and the loop area of u200bu200bthe signal and loop should be as small as possible, that is to say, the signal and the loop should be parallel. 3 The power supply of analog and digital power supply should be separated: high-frequency devices are generally very sensitive to digital noise, so the two should be separated and connected together at the entrance of the power supply. If the signal needs to cross the analog and digital parts, it can be Place a loop to reduce the loop area. It is used for the crossover between the digital and analog signals of the signal circuit. 4 to avoid the overlapping of separate power supplies between different layers: otherwise the circuit noise is easily coupled through the parasitic capacitance. 5 Isolate sensitive components: such as PLL. (6) Place the power line: In order to reduce the signal loop, reduce the noise by placing the power line on the edge of the signal line
